carefully before proceeding with your commission.1. General
1.1 I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason without explanation.
1.2 Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless a commercial use agreement is made
(see Section 5).
1.3 I retain copyright to all commissioned work.
1.4 Clients may not use my artwork for:
• AI training or NFT purposes.
• Hate speech, political agendas, or slanderous material.
1.5 Prices are subject to change; however, agreed-upon pricing at the time of
commissioning will remain fixed.2. Payment
2.1 Payment is accepted via PayPal or other mutually agreed payment methods.
2.2 Commissions require a 50% deposit upfront to secure the slot. The remaining balance is due
after final approval of the artwork, prior to delivery.
2.3 Clients are responsible for PayPal transaction fees (5.4% + $0.30 per transaction).
2.4 Rush Fees: Expedited delivery requests are subject to additional fees:
• +25% for 1-week delivery
• +50% for 3-day delivery
• +100% for 24-hour delivery (only if feasible)3. Commission Workflow
3.1 Sketch Stage:
• A rough sketch will be provided for review.
• Clients may request unlimited minor adjustments and up to 3 major revisions during this
stage.
3.2 Lineart and Coloring Stage:
• Once the sketch is approved, lineart and coloring will begin.
• Minor adjustments (e.g., color changes) are allowed for free.
• Major adjustments (e.g., composition or pose changes) are allowed up to 2 times.
Additional major revisions will incur a fee (+10% of total price per revision).
3.3 Final Review:
• A low-resolution, watermarked version of the completed artwork will be sent for approval.
• Once approved and the final payment is received, the full-resolution file will be delivered.
3.4 Delivery:
• Artwork will be delivered via email, Google Drive, or another agreed-upon method.4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds are available under the following conditions:
• Full Refund: If the refund is requested within 24 hours of the first payment and no work has
started.
• 50% Refund: If more than 24 hours have passed, and I have not yet started working on the
commission. This portion is retained to compensate for reserving a spot on the waitlist.
• No Refund: Once work has started (e.g., sketching phase or beyond).
4.2 If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will
receive a full refund regardless of the progress made.5. Usage Rights
5.1 Personal Use:
• Clients may use commissioned artwork for personal purposes, including printing, social
media, and profile icons, provided proper credit is given.
5.2 Commercial Use:
• A commercial use license must be purchased for any use generating monetary gain (e.g.,
merchandise, branding, promotional materials).
• Commercial use fees:
o +50% for single-use rights (e.g., one book cover).
o +100% for full commercial rights.
5.3 Clients may not resell or redistribute the commissioned artwork without a
commercial license.6. Privacy and Publication
6.1 By default, I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on my social media, online
portfolio, and promotional platforms.
6.2 Request for Privacy:
• Clients may request their artwork remain private during the commission process by
notifying me in writing. No additional fee applies for this request.
6.3 Post-Publication Removal Request:
• If the artwork has already been posted, clients may request its removal. I will honor such
requests but reserve the right to:
o Retain the artwork in my private portfolio.
o Keep previously posted work on platforms where removal is not feasible (e.g., third
party re-shares).
6.4 For formal non-disclosure, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available for
an additional fee of $100.7. Revisions
7.1 Revisions are allowed during the sketch and coloring stages.
7.2 Limits on Revisions:
• Sketch stage: Up to 3 major revisions (free).
• Coloring stage: Up to 2 major revisions (free).
• Additional revisions: +10% of the total price per request.
7.3 Revisions requested after final approval will incur additional fees.8. Deadlines and Turnaround Time
8.1 Standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on project complexity and queue position.
8.2 Delays due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
8.3 Rush orders are subject to additional fees (see Section 2.4).9. Intellectual Property
9.1 I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.
9.2 Clients may not alter, edit, or modify the artwork without my written permission.
9.3 Proper credit (e.g., "Art by Wolfie") must be given when sharing the artwork online.10. Communication
10.1 I am available for communication via email, Discord, or Twitter.
10.2 I will respond to inquiries or updates within 2–3 business days.11. Contact Information
